Community

Our commitment to community

We believe that investing in people and communities, both inside and outside the consulting room, contributes to stronger, more connected communities and provides positive role models for others.

We are proud to sponsor an international Thai kickboxer, Mr Akhram supporting his ongoing development as an athlete and helping create opportunities to pursue his sporting goals. We also support via Jin Sei Ryu Karate through donations that help provide people with opportunities to participate in karate training.

Our commitment to community

At Resilience Matters, we believe good mental health is a shared responsibility. Wellbeing grows in connection in families, teams, clubs and neighbourhoods so we look for ways to support the community beyond individual sessions. At Resilience Matters, we believe good mental health is a shared responsibility. Wellbeing grows in connection in families, teams, clubs and neighbourhoods so we look for ways to support the community beyond individual sessions. Many people find that structured sporting activities encourage confidence, discipline, respect, perseverance, and a sense of belonging. These community activities reflect the values that guide our practice, compassion, resilience, respect, inclusion, and service.

We help people and groups build the skills to adapt, recover and grow.

Respect

We honour every person's story, culture and lived experience.
